FRS Recruitment is now inviting applications for the role of 'Customer Service/Administrator' on behalf of our client - a leading Irish Agribusiness based in the Midlands. Indeed, this is a full time permanent role.
The Role
* Answering incoming calls in busy office and re-directing to relevant personal if required
* Input customer orders in an accurate& timely manner
* Input electronic order entry and processing (sales orders, invoicing)
* Assist in all aspects of inside office sales support/customer service
* Respond to customer sales inquiries in a timely, accurate and appropriate manner* Handle customer complaints as per internal procedures
* Support current team & sales team in calling/supporting customers
* Building lasting relationships with customers and ensuring they feel supported and valued
The Candidate
* Friendlytelephone manner
* Detail orientated with excellent organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills
* High levels of customer focus & attention to detail
* Minimum of 1 year's customer service experience desirable but not required as training will be provided
