CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR

SALFORD

UP TO £22,000 + QUARTERLY BONUS + EXCELLENT TRAINING AND PROGRESSION

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We're exclusively working with a fast growing and industry-leading business who due to continued success are looking to expand their customer service team with a Customer Service Administrator. Due to theircontinued growth and development as a business as well as several internal promotions, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a fun and rewarding business who invest in their staff and reward their efforts!

You will benefit from one-on-one trainingfrom their Customer Service Manager for your first month in the business and ensure you gain all the product information and support you need before getting stuck in! Once you are up and running you will be handling customer queries regarding stock, availability, pricing, delivery and other areas as well as processing and updating orders.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with similar experience in a Customer Service Advisor / Customer Service Administrator / Sales Advisor / Sales Executive /Call Centre / Contact Centre / Pharmacy / Retail / Administration role.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR ROLE:

* Handling customer queries over phone and email
* Processing ana managing customer orders
* Handling customer enquiries regarding product information, availability, delivery and pricing
* Resolving any customer issues
* Updating and maintaining the internal systems
* Processing customer orders accurately
* Liaising with other teams including procurement, finance and operations
*Providing general sales admin support to the sales team

THE PERSON:

* Experience in a Customer Service Advisor / CustomerService Administrator / Sales Advisor / Sales Executive / Call Centre / Contact Centre / Pharmacy / Retail / Administration orsimilar role
* An excellent communicator who feels comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and over email
* Must bea confident individual who is keen to grow with the company
* Tech savvy with the ability to provide basic levels of IT Support to the office
* Computer literate and able to pick up new systems quickly
