ROMFORD
Up to £22,000 + £40,000 OTE
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading company located in Romford. Due to continued growth an opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the team as a CustomerService Advisor.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a truly forward thinking and expanding organisation. As a CustomerService Advisor you will be consulting customers and offering them an excellent service at all times.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES* Managing a large volume of enquires over phone and email
* Working within an established team Providing an excellent level of quality to Clients within agreed timescales
* Responsible for data entry within agreed deadlines and timescales
* Processing customer details accurately, ensuring all information is placed in the CRM system correctly and compliantly
* Liaising with colleagues to ensure deadlines are met and information is processed in accordance with SLAs and regulations
* Maintainingconfidentiality at all times
* Working under pressure to meet deadlines
* General administration - filing, faxing and photocopying
THE PERSON:
* Previous administration or customer service experience within an office environment e.g. call centre, sales, customer service, contact centre, lettings, property, recruitment or case management
* Able to prioritise a busy workload and work to SLAs
* Must have excellent attention to detail
