THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is working with a vibrantand expanding company close to the heart of Manchester City Centre who are looking to expand their existing team with an experienced Customer Service Advisor.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be providing visitors and clients with an excellent service and providing colleagues with administration support.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Answering inbound calls, transferringcalls where appropriate and passing on messages
* Updating and handling client information and data with discretion and in adherence to regulations
* Handling customer queries where necessary
* Liaising with colleagues regarding customer enquiries* Managing and logging all incoming and outgoing post
* Providing colleagues with administration support and working towardsdeadlines
THE PERSON:
* Must have previous experience within a similar Customer Service / Administration / Sales / Receptionist/Front of House role
* A strong knowledge and appreciation for Data Protection
* Excellent administration skills
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
