Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:* Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
* Identifying customer requirements and supporting them with their needs
* Providing first class customer service which has come a huge part of the brand
* Handling complaints from unhappy customers and providing a solution which suits both parties
* Working closely with other members ofthe customer care team to ensure each customer receives the best experience
* An integral part of the core service delivery process and acting on your own initiative when ready.
Customer Service Advisor Skills and Experience:
* Must have previous experience in customer care/customer experience/customer service position
* Excellent communication skills both over thephone and face to face
* Ability to ask good questions and occasionally deliver unwelcome news
* Excellent problem-solvingskills to help customers find solutions to their challenges
