Get Recruited are supporting our client who are a hugely successful, market leading business in the Manchester area. They are looking to recruit a number of eager,hardworking and tenacious Inbound Customer Service Advisors to their nationally recognised and expanding business.
Inbound Customer Service Advisors will handle incoming calls from customers who are looking for updates on their new applications, advising the customer appropriately, accurately and offering first class assistance and support. This role will be varied and challenging, with the end goal being to provide an outstanding service to customers.
Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:* Promoting our range of sales and services to existing and new buyers.
* Processing applications for access to online systems.
* Contacting prospective customers to promote our services.
* Providing information and advice to any customer enquiring about our services.
* Ensuring customer details held on file are up to date and accurate.
* Respond to enquiries via email orlive chat.
Customer Service Skills and Experience
* Excellent customer service skills
* Face to face or telephone based customer service experience essential
* Candidates who have office based or retail-based customer service experience will beconsidered
* Excellent communication skills
* High levels of resilience
