CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
COLD MEECE, STAFFORDSHIRE
£18,000 + BONUS
Get Recruited are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Client's experienced Client Services Team. As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be joining a busy, varied team and will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact whilst updating records.

THE ROLE
* As the Customer Service Advisor, you will act as the first point ofcontact for all customer enquiries
* Act as a key player in the vehicle estimates in order to ensure a smooth operational process
* Process the upgrade and downgrade of vehicles in accordance with customer requirements
* Liaise with partners in order to establish the best routes of repair
* Monitor vendor quotes and ensure accurate pricing
* Maintenance of accurate customer reports and information
* Monitor vehicles within the repair environment and ensure they are processed quickly and to required standard adhering to stock age profiles
* Monitor outstanding queries and take relevant action
* Administrative supportand ad hoc duties as require
* Maintaining a tidy and professional working environment, with a special emphasis on health andsafety and ISO
THE PERSON:
* At least 1 years' experience within a customer service, client coordinator, client solutions, account manager, telesales, sales, administrator role is essential
* Experience communicating with customers, via telephoneand email in a professional and proficient manner
* Strong planning and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
*A positive and amenable character in challenging situations
* An excellent team player but also able to use initiative and work alone
* Have a flexible approach to the changing demands of the role
* Proficient in Excel and Outlook
* Experience in Transport planning desirable
* Knowledge of Navision would be advantageous but not essential
