THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're working witha global market leading business who is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the team as part of their 2022 strategic growth plans.
This long-standing organisation based in Huntingdon is an expert in their field and is recognised as the go to business in the sector. You'll be joining as a Customer Service Advisor where you'll be providing a high level of support to ensurecustomers receive a first-class experience!
You'll need to have experience in a similar position such as Customer Service Administrator, Customer Support, Sales Administrator, Order Processor etc and be highly organised and be confident to communicate with customers. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking business where you can truly excel.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR ROLE:

* Helping both the Operations and Customer Service Teams by providing a high level of administrative support.
* Providing customer support by updating them on the progress of their orders and ensuring their orders are processed quickly and efficiently.
* Managing the sales order process in the most efficient manner possible, liaising with Sales, Logistics and Finance to ensure all requirement are fulfilled accurately.
* Dealing with customer queries, service issues and other requests efficiently and professionally, reaching mutually beneficial resolutions to provide effective support.
* Meetingthe customer needs whilst ensuring compliance to internal processes and regulations

THE IDEAL PERSON FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR ROLE:

* Experience within a Customer Service Advisor / Customer Service Administrator / Sales Administrator / Order Processor background is essential
* Experience within the medical/capital equipment industry and using SAP preferable.
* Proven relationship builder
* High attention to detail
* Driven and determined individual
