Description:

Concept Resourcing are currently recruiting for anumber of Customer Service Agents within a commutable distance to Glasgow.

The role involves being part of a helpdesk to support our client's nationwide operations. The purpose of the role is to set up and configure tablets and mobile phones as part ofa refresh Project to support a public sector organisation.

Contract will start 21st February 2022 and will be for a minimum of 3 months.
Please note my client are looking to add to their permanent helpdesk team and there is an opportunity for a permanent position for the right candidate.

Package information:

* 8.00am - 20.00pm with multiple breaks - FLEXIBLE as shifts TBC
* 37.5 working hours per week
* Monday - Saturday work throughout duration of assignment
* No more than 4 or 5 days perweek will be worked
* Candidates must be flexible to work their 4 or 5 days across Monday - Saturday
* Saturdays will be work from home days unless office working is requested
* £12.50 per hour payable via umbrella partner (inside IR35)
* Site based role in Glasgow based Office
* BPSS clearance carried out and paid for by client

The Role:
Will involve the following tasks:

* Answering incoming calls and emails
* Accurately logging incidents ensuring all relevant data is captured
* Actas an initial point of contact and ensure that incidents are fully managed through to resolution (escalate where applicable)
*Provide an excellent level of customer service to internal and external customers
* Work to achieve the set SLA's
* Shift patterns - working 5 days out of 6 including possible Saturday work. There is possibility this could become working 4 days out of6 but the shifts would become longer to meet the weekly 40 hrs support requirement.

The Candidate:
MUST have a minimum of 1year' employment experience within a Project Coordinator or Administrator role and be able to demonstrate the following skills:* Must have excellent communication skills and previous customer service experience
* Be confident with mobile phones andtablet devices
* Must live within 1 hour of Nottingham and be able and willing to attend the office
* Must be happy to workshifts/ longer hours within the remits mentioned in the package section
* Be able to attend paid training WC 21st Feb which will be 9.00am - 17.00pm
* MUST be willing and able to pass a BPSS clearance carried out via a third-party partner. Please notethis is a requirement of this role and candidates unwilling to complete the clearance cannot be considered - the process can take up to 4 weeks, hence starting the process with enough time to complete.

This contract has been deemed and inside IR35 role, therefore you will need to be paid via umbrella company. The above rates are the umbrella company rates subject to weekly feeand deductions
