Based in Luton, this award winning employer is a specialist in providing Customer Service outsourcing to some of the worlds most recognisable brands including technology, retail and automotive.
Due to an increase in customers this fantastic company is looking to expand their customer service team by an additional head count of 6 new hires.
Working in a team within the Customer Care department you will be responsible for all incoming contacts from car drivers and car dealerships across the UK.
You will be dealing with inbound calls ande mail correspondence from car dealership and owner car drivers that have questions or queries over their car.
Dealing withanything from how to put oil into the car through to more complex questions from car dealerships you will be the voice of this mega brand.
You will have a proven background in deliver excellent customer service (ideally in an office based environment) with at least 12 months previous experience.
Have excellent written and verbal English skills
Logical approach to problem solving, fact finding and ownership of the challenge.
