This is a temporary, part-time role and could be suitable for candidates who require a degree of flexibility around working hours.
The role:
* Help customers with complaints, questions and solve problems
* Give customers information onour products and services
* Manage large amounts of emails
* Pass queries on to relevant departments
* Promote the companyusing various social media channels
* Report directly yo the Customer Service Manager
The person:
* Have clear communication skills, both verbal and written
* Confidence in answering the phone
* Ability to use positive language
* Timemanagement
* Ability to multitask and prioritize
* Ability to work under pressure
* Good computer skills
* Willingness to learn
* Excellent listening skills
* Able to follow instructions
* Able to work as part of a team and also independently* Online Sales experience
