CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR
CENTRAL LONDON
£22,000 to £26,000 + BENEFITS
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're exclusivelyrecruiting for a highly successful fashion business located in Central London that has been established for over 70 years!
Due to an expansion of their online ecommerce side of the business, they're now looking to recruit an experienced Customer ServiceCoordinator to join the team.
The successful candidate will be involved in handling the Customer Service elements for the online Amazon orders, the company's website and their Business-to-Business wholesale division.
This is an excellent opportunityfor an individual who is passionate about Customer Service and has the confidence and enthusiasm to make a mark in the businessto grow the Customer Service team.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR ROLE:
* Working within an office environment
* Providing excellent customer service via email, webchat and phone
* Handling incoming orders via Amazon, the website and throughtheir wholesale division
* Processing orders on the internal system and ensuring that the warehouse fulfils the orders and dispatches them to the customer
* Dealing with complaints, returns and missing orders
* Communicating with the wholesale customers with regards to their orders
* Ensuring invoices are sent to their wholesale customers and are paid within the terms
* Implementing processes and procedures to improve the levels of customer service
THE PERSON:
Essential
* Experienced inan office-based Customer Service Coordinator position or similar
* A natural communicator who has a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
* An enthusiastic and ambitious individual who is keen to progress with the business
* Computer literate with the ability to pick up systems quickly
Desirable (But not essential by any means)
* Educated to a Degree level (If this is a creative degree with something like Fashion or Design would be a big advantage)
* Any experience in a Customer Service role in a fashion business would be an advantage
