The Role
SRG Europe are recruiting on behalf of our fantastic clients for a Customer Service Manager to lead their CS team. Our clients are a well-established and leading name within the Tech & Entertainment sector and are now expanding to Gibraltar.
In this position youwill be acting on behalf of the company, advocating its values and providing a productive and exciting working environment to the team.

What You Will Be Doing
* Leading, empowering and mentoring a team of CS agents towards the goal of improving user experience, engagement and retention.
* Managing, optimising and maintaining the workflow in line with the company budget and roadmap.
* Managing the customer lifecycle, including CDD, enquiries, complaints and payments.
* Developing and implementing procedures, standards and best practices whilst keeping ahead of the industry's developments.
* Analysing statistics and compiling reports.
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
* Previous experience in a managerial role and proven track record in a CS capacity.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
* Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools.
