THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're working with a market leading business who is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team as part of their 2022 strategic growth plans.
This long-standing organisation based in Wembley is an expert in their field and is recognised as the goto business in the sector. You'll be joining as a Customer Service Representative where you'll be playing a key part in facilitating their clients, fine tuning and completing all sales leads received by email and telephone.
You'll need to have experience in a similar position such as Customer Service Administrator, Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Advisor, Sales Support etc and be highly organised and be confident to communicate with customers. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ROLE:
* Processing and dealing with customer queries.
* Contacting clients via telephone, email and live chat to offer support and provide them with solutions.* Ensuring all inquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
* Helping the company reach its objectives by working closely with the manager.
* Supporting the customer service manager with various projects and tasks.
THE IDEAL PERSON FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ROLE:
* Experience within a Customer Service Representative / Customer Service Administrator/ Customer Service Advisor / Sales Coordinator background is essential
* Proven relationship builder
* High attention to detail
* Driven and determined individual
* Excellent communication skills
* Passion for customer service
