SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit German Speaking Customer Service Agents to join an exciting and fast growing company in Malta. Our client is dynamic, creative, and has an incredibly talented work-force. The German Speaking CustomerService Agents will need to be fluent in both German and English.
German Speaking Customer Service Agent Responsibilities:
* The German/English speaking customer service agent will handle customer enquiries and resolve them via Email, Telephone and Live Chat
* Strong communication skills are required, as well as being able to communicate in an empathetic and friendly manner
* Assist the fraud and payments teams when necessary
* Maintain and expand the company database
* Work as a part of a team and assist with other duties when required
* Gain an full understanding of the company and how to best solve customers' problems and upsell solutions where necessary
* Build and maintain relationships
* Willing to work shifts. Customer service is open 7 days a week.
German Speaking Customer Service Agent Requirements:
* Fluency in both German andEnglish is essential
* Experience in a customer service role beneficial
* Strong communication skills
* Flexible, adaptable and a team player
* Willingness to assist with other duties when required
