Work Walesare currently looking to recruit a temporary Dental Receptionist for a client based in the Swansea area. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be a great communicator that really cares about providing excellent care and customer service to the patients of the practice, both face-to-face and by telephone.
Responsibilities
* Promoting a professional image and being knowledgeable about the services the practice provides.
* Providing patients of the practice with a warm welcome and making them feelat ease.
* Answering the telephone in a friendly, helpful and courteous manner.
* Scheduling appointments, through email orby telephone.
* Completing patient recalls and appointment reminder calls.
Experience
* An excellent telephone manner
* Previous receptionist or customer service experience
* Highly motivated, friendly, reliable and organised
Thisis a temporary, full-time position. The hours of work are Monday -Friday 9.00am-5.00pm
