Based in the heart of Belfast, this international business specialising in providing outstanding customer service is hunting for French language skills!
You will be working representing some of the globes market leaders in technology, travel and tourism, entertainment, automotive to mention only a few.
As a customer service advisor you will be responsible for taking inbound calls, webchat and e mails from customerswith questions over the products they have already purchased.
On top of all of this, this company offers true career progression and offers every employee the opportunity to explore working in other departments for 1 day a week (after probation) in anyjob function you desire.
This contact centre has over 1000 staff of which over 100 are in senior roles. All these employees were in the customer service department at the beginning of their career.
