SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit an experienced German Speaking Customer Service Executive to join a high profile and fast growing company in Gibraltar. The selected German Speaking Customer Service Executive candidate must be a native German speaker and must have Call Centre Experience. Relocation assistance if available for candidates living in the EU.
German Speaking Customer Service Executive Responsibilities:
* Provide a high level of support to customers via phone, email and chat on a range of issues
* Maximise customer retention through promotion of various products, activities, bonus offers etc;
* Communicate & cooperate with other departments as required;
* Take an active interest in driving process and quality improvements across the department;* Fulfilment of other tasks specific to your language community as required;
* To maximise revenue opportunities by offering relevant deposit methods;
* Testing of new games, products and software as required.
German Speaking Customer Service Executive Requirements:
* Native level of German
* Excellent proven Customer service experience - Call Centre
* Internet experience and awareness
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Patience and diplomacy and a high level of trust* Strong interpersonal skills
* Please Note That The Successful Individual Will Have To Be Flexible To Cover Evenings And /Or Weekends On A Rotation Basis.
