Are you a HR / Employment Lawspecialist looking to join a progressive and rewarding consultancy?
THE OPPORTUNITY:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Employment Law / HR Consultant / Manager to join them as Head of HR in an expanding team to provide tailored and customerfocused service to a variety of clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Acting as Technical Lead on projects including TUPE, Redundancy etc
* Managing the output of a team of HR staff and providing training/coaching where necessary
* Managing the Operational side of the business including systems, training, implementation of procedures
* Assisting with business development and the on-boarding process of new clients
* Ensuring SLAs are met across the business
* Create and implement the strategy for the business alongside the Directors
REQUIREMENTS:
* Have a professional qualification in Employment Law and / or HR (LPC /CIPD)
* Excellent working knowledge on Employment Law
* A professional attitude and presence
* Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbal
* Commercial awareness
