Concept Resourcing are currently recruiting for Customer Service Helpcentre Advisorsworking from home
You will be working for a leading worldwide IT Service organisation dealing with queries from our customerscoming in from the Helpcentre and assisting with the rest of the hospitality sector opening up
The project term will be a minimum of 2 weeks up to 6 weeks
What are we looking for?
* Experienced call centre customer service consultants
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Candidates will need their own PC with network connection & a headset (this can be mobile phone earphones connected with a jack) and suitable set up to allow them to work from home
Working Hours* Start Date - 10th or 12th May
* 2 - 6 week contract
* Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (2 x 10 min paid breaks & 30 min unpaid lunch break per day)
What's on offer?
* You will be paid up to £90 per day via an Umbrella company
* Training will be provided over the course of 3 - 5 days with a view to start taking live calls from Monday 17th May
This role has been assessed and deemed an inside IR35 role
The above rates are the umbrella company rates
