Description:

We have an amazing opportunity for a bright and organised school leaver to join our First City Team! The First City Nursing and Care HR team workto find and engage with our future employee's and bring amazing people into the fold. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to grow and learn within the business whilst working towards an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration. You willneed to be hard working and have a willingness to learn how to provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring all HR matters are dealt with accurately and efficiently and in line with Company policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Maintaining our recruitment automation and internal processes regarding open listings
* Interview set-up; meeting & greeting candidates and preparing interviews for Hiring Managers
* Owning the stage - monitoring our pipelines, and doing regular checks to ensure our Applicant Tracking System is fully up to date, updating stages where needed,and communicating with candidates and Hiring Managers when applications are awaiting scheduling, feedback, or review
* Listing our job advertisements on regular schedules
* Preparing data on applicant numbers and rates of conversion at the stages of the interview pipeline, and feeding this back to the senior managers
* Helping coordinate recruitment and networking events.* To undertake any other duties, tasks or special projects which might reasonably be expected from time to time, those tasks notspecifically included in the job description.

The Candidate

You will have:

* Confidence using the full Microsoft Office package
* Strong organisational skills.
* Strong administration skills.
* Strong communication skills - both verbal andwritten.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work effectively without close supervision.
* A confident telephone manner.
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
