THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is working witha well-established and rapidly expanding company based in Manchester who are looking for a generalist HR Advisor to join theirexpanding team.
As a HR Advisor you will work directly alongside the company directors and managers to provide HR advice forinternal and external staff, whilst assisting with a variety of queries. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business whohave grown throughout the last 18 months including taking on a new office and have huge expansion plans for 2022! You will playa hands-on role in that expansion whilst being given support from the HR Director but autonomy to execute your workload, bring ideas to the table and put your spin on the role!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Working alongside Directors and Managers to advise and consult on ER issues
* Upskilling and coaching managers and senior members of the team around staff management
* To provide advice on a wide range of employee related matters including absence and health issues, conduct and capability, disciplinary and grievance. Also advice on matters associated with organisational change such as restructures, acquisitions and TUPE.
* Oversee recruitment across the business including advertising, shortlisting and interviewing
* Act as the first point of contact for allHR queries in the business
* Ensuring accurate HR and personnel details are kept up to date
* Assisting in the development of work practices across the business
* Implementing and improving the HR procedures across the company
* Play an active partin developing and implementing the people strategy across the business
THE PERSON:
* Previous experience within a generalist HR Advisor / HR Coordinator / HR Assistant / HR Business Partner / Senior HR Advisor / HR Manager role is essential
* CIPD Level 5 minimum
* Ability to work independently
* Confident to liaise with and manage staff on site and remotely
* Strong knowledge of HR and ER
* Excellent communication and people skills
