Description:
Responsibilities:
* Support the business from a HR perspective on all business operations.
* Assist in the recruitment and attraction process
* Assist with the induction process
* Manage all employee relations effectively
* Manage all staff records and ensure from a compliance perspective that all records are up to date and accurate.
* Support the payroll team in compiling payroll.
* Coordinate the training process
* Ad-hoc project work as they arise
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in a HR capacity
* Relevant third level qualification in the HRdiscipline
* Learning and development experience desirable
* Robust understanding of Irish Employment Law
* Ability to negotiate and influence others
* Energetic and driven
