Concept Resourcing are lookingfor a HR Officer to join a Central Government client based in London OR Bristol.
This is an initial 3 month contract with apossible extension. The role is INSIDE IR35. Day rates between £100-150 per day, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate must have the following experience;
* Previous experience working in the public sector/government.
* Have experience delivering a high-volume onboarding experience within a complex, high pressure and delivery focused environment managing a high volume of candidates and related onboarding activities
* Understand how to manage candidate and hiring manager expectations throughout onboarding process
* Know how to manage onboarding data ensuring it is up to date using tools like: Excel, Google Docs,and applicant tracking systems
* Stakeholder management skills and the ability to form and maintain strong collaborative relationships
* Experienced in administration and support, with good attention to detail, and an ability to use new tools and processes to support delivery
* The ability to balance multiple priorities in a busy working environment
* Able to handle sensitive information, displaying tact and diplomacy and maintaining confidentiality
