Description:
Manage the administrative recruitment process. This involves advertising, liaising with agencies andcandidates, setting up of interviews, generating offer letters and contracts, reference checking.
Maintenance of Recruitmentmailbox and of Recruitment Websites
Setting up Induction Packs
Processing weekly payroll using Sage Micropay payroll (320employees) when Payroll administrator is off. This involves entering timesheets, correction of clocking, processing payroll payments and deductions (e.g. sick pay, force Majeure etc.) and running the final payroll.
Assist in the preparation of data to be imported /entered in the HRIS which will be introduced in September
Assist in the training and overall management of the HRIS system
Assist in HR projects for administration purposes
Preparation of paper filing system for import to the HRIS system
Filing
Shredding
Other duties as may be assigned by the HR Manager
Requirements:
Experience using Sage Micropay payroll is essential
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures in particular in regard to payroll and recruitment
Experience using HRIS
HR Qualification and, ideally CIPD membership
Minimum of 3 years' experience as HRPayroll Administrator
Advanced MS Office skills
Must have own transport
