Get Recruited are supporting a market leading organisation based in Winchester who, due to growth, are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Insurance Account Handler to join their team.
As the Insurance Account Handler, you will be responsible for assisting with the generation of quotes and the conversion of new business. You will be speaking with clients and assisting with clientretention at renewals.

THE ROLE:
* Answering phones and responding toany enquiries
* Provide new business quotes and assist with the conversion of new business
* Manage existing accounts, whichwill include processing mid-term adjustments and cancellations
* Updating client records accurately
* Chasing clients for documents and payments
* Generating monthly bordereaux
* Supporting other internal teams
* Completing other duties as required
THE PERSON:
* Understanding of insurance products
* In depth experience working within a broking environment
* Becomfortable building relationships with clients and have experience dealing with anything ranging from SME to Corporate businesses
* Strong communication skills both over the phone and in person
* Able to work well under pressure
* Excel and WordPress knowledge would be advantageous
* Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Computer literacy is essential
