Work Wales are currently recruiting for an Insurance Executive role to be based in the Swansea Area.
This is a permanent positionSalary: £20,000

Roles and responsibilities:
·To take an active role in both team and self-development. To actively participate in driving forward best practice, our company values and act as a role model to other employees.
·To generate sales from initial enquiries, utilising product knowledge and customer focused risk questioning.
·To promote optional and additional products based on customer needs and gain renewal dates to support the ongoing customer experience.
·Tohave a detailed understanding of all applicable business process and procedures relevant to the role.
·To use the requiredsystems to arrange and process insurance contracts.
·All business written and quoted must be no other way than a compliant manner in line with our regulations and company procedures.
·Process payments in line with company standards for insurance contracts and regulatory requirements.
·Maintain a consistently high level of quality in all your work in line with company compliance standards.
·In addition to the knowledge and skills that have been identified for your role, you will also be requiredto undertake additional duties and tasks if asked to do so by your manager.
·Act as mentors for new starters as and when required by Management team.
·Monitor and manage own performance and personal development in line with performance management system.
·To prepare evidence of performance for personal reviews with Management.
