Description:
We are recruiting for a Office Administrator/Receptionist for our client in Co Laois. This is a full time permanent position.
* Receptionduties: Switchboard management - answering, filtering and directing all incoming telephone calls
* Meet and greet and sign in/out of all visitors including boardroom management - set up presentations/skype, tea/coffee, book lunch, upkeep of reception area and meeting rooms etc.
* PA support to Directors
* Administrative support to the Accounts, Logistics and HR Department* Support to Sales team with taking orders for gates and other products, invoicing and providing detailed descriptions to gate team when needed.
* Assisting Site Managers with ordering goods, arranging POs and maintaining records
* Issuing POs, invoices, processing credit card transactions and other administrative and clerical support duties as required
* Compilation and circulation of various reports using MS Excel
* Managing post and arranging couriers
* Ensuring PPE, stationery and canteen supplies are adequate at all times
* Making accommodation and transport bookings
* Other ad hoc administrative duties
Skillsand Experience:
* Minimum 3 years' previous experience in a busy Reception based position
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills and first-rate attention to detail
* Excellent IT skills and proficient in MS Office Suite; experience in Sage advantageous
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a can-doattitude
* Committed to delivering an excellent level of front office service at all times
Salary: Negotiable
Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
