We are recruiting for a Office Administrator for our Dublin 10 client to work in their service department. This is a full time, permanent position. You will be responsible for assisting the Service Manager in the day to day running of the service department.
The ideal candidate will have 1 - 2 years office admistration experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Obtain PO's and ensure accurate invoicing of service work to customers
* Deal with customer queries in a timely manner
* Liaise withservice engineers on a daily basis to obtain paperwork
* Processing of engineers paperwork
* Communicate with other departments in the business where relevant
* Weekly / Monthly reporting
Key Experience and Skills:
* 1 -2 years relevant office experience essential
* Excellent communication skills on all levels
* Knowledge of the motor trade a distinct advantage* Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
* Deadline focused with the ability to prioritise tasks
* Customer service orientated
* Ability to work on own initiative
Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.30am -5.30pm
