THE OPPORTUNITY:

We're exclusively supporting a leading business who is looking to expand their operation by recruiting an experienced Office Manager / Customer Service Manager. The business has a clear and progressive plan to drive the business forward and this particular role plays a crucial role in the next phase of their expansion plans.

As the Customer Service Manager, you'll be leading a small but growing team of Business-to-Business focused Customer Service Advisors, coaching and developing, implementationof processes, ensuring a smooth customer service process and handling complex enquiries/escalation.

You'll need to be already operating as a Customer Service Manager (or similar) with a good experience in reporting, coaching and development of a team and implementing procedures. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER ROLE:

* Leading the Customer Service team to achieve operational efficiency and to achieve Customer Service excellence
* Responsible for leading, coaching and developing a small business to business focused Customer Service Advisors
* Ensuring the team deliver service excellence to B2B Customers andthat they're effectively communicating with all other key departments such as Sales, Production and Accounts
* Working closely with existing B2B customers to collaborate and streamline the ordering and delivery processes
* Overseeing the quotes, pricing queries and the ordering process
* Running daily, weekly and quarterly reports to ensure efficiency in the department and identify areas of improvement
* Providing monthly reports on operational performance and presenting at the management meeting* Responsible for recruiting, selecting and training new team members

THE PERSON:

* Must be operating at a Customer Service Manager level or similar
* Experiencing of leading a small team of Customer Service Advisors, ideally within a B2B focus* Excellent relationship building and communication skills
* Highly computer literate
