Description:
I'm currently recruiting for a Part Time Administrator to join a busy team in Ballaghadarreen, Co. RoscommonTHE ROLE:
* Greet and assist customers in a professional manner.
* Take bookings and deal with phone enquiries.
* Schedule follow up visits for customers
* Order processing
* Invoicing, reconciling and lodging daily cash, cheques and credit card payments.
* Weekly reports and other ad hoc admin duties
* Working days: Thursday, Friday and Saturday (Saturday half a day but paid for a full day)
REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous administration and customer service experience is required
* Immediately available
* Flare for numbers and previous experience in basic accounts
* Good data entry and diary management skills
* Good IT skills (excel, word, outlook)
