PAYROLL & HR ADMINISTRATOR
MANCHESTER
Up to £23,000 + Excellent Benefits
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is working with a well-established and expanding consultancy who are looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Administrator to join their successful team.
As a HR & Payroll Administrator, you will be supporting various clients with HR and payroll related queries and projects.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Supporting the HR Team with taking inbound calls
* Managing the HR inboxes and delegating work to the correct level required
* Organising folders in the shared drive
* Assisting with the administration of key HR processes
* Updating theclient portal with key documents
* Assisting with the organisation of webinars/seminars
* Minute taking at meetings
* Accurately process new starters/leavers
* Liaising with employees regarding payroll issues and amendments including sickness, maternity/paternity, expenses etc
* Ensuring payroll issues are handled compliantly and effectively
* Liaising with clients toensure all data is processed promptly and accurately
* Working towards multiple deadlines simulations
* Handling auto-enrolment and liaising with clients and employees regarding their queries
THE PERSON:
* Previous experience within a self-sufficient HR and Payroll role is essential
* Confident to handle complex payroll amendments and queries
* Experience in or strong knowledge or HR
