Main Duties
* PA to senior managers in Dublin.
* Scheduling company travel plans.
* Production of company materials.* Maintenance of purchase ledger and third party invoices.
* Ad-hoc accounts administration
Qualifications:
* 3 years+ experience in a similar secretarial role.
* Candidates should be well presented, confident and enthusiastic with an excellent telephone manner and strong attention to detail.
* The ideal candidate will have first class written and verbal skills andbe able to liaise with colleagues and clients at all levels in an international environment.
* Candidates should be discreteand flexible.
* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
