HELPDESK PLANNER/SCHEDULER
MANCHESTERCITY CENTRE
UP TO £20,000 + BONUS + LUCRATIVE BENEFITS
THE ROLE:
Due to growth of the business I am currently representing my client based in Manchester, who are looking for a Helpdesk Scheduler to join them on a full time, permanent basis.This person will play pivotal part within the Scheduling team, supporting them with everyday tasks with the opportunity to progress within the business.
This position would be suited to someone who is high organized with strong administration skillswho has come from a planner/scheduler background.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Booking engineers
* Scheduling reactive maintenance and Planned Preventative Maintenance jobs
* Monitor engineer activity
* Communicating with senior clientele
* Liaisingwith engineers and subcontracts
* General office admin duties
THE PERSON:
* Minimum 1 year administration experience* Planner/Scheduler experience is desirable
* Competent in all Microsoft office applications including Word, Outlook and Excel* Excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate at all different levels
* Good Geographical knowledge of the UK
