Description:
Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen within our close-knit and friendly team for a PolishSpeaking Recruitment Administrator to be based in the Swansea branch.
As the Recruitment & Payroll Administrator you will undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly are compliant and are successful in supporting other business activities.
An excellent recruitment administrator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills in both Polish and English. Youwill be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
Both Full and Part-time applicants will be considered.
Duties' are but not restricted to:
Providing first point of contact for all office and admin related queries
Meeting and greeting external visitors and clients
Answering and transferringexternal phone calls
Data Inputting - entering worker applications into the company's CRM systems
Providing resourcing support when needed
Assisting with inductions including some in Polish (induction training will be provided)Overseeing the onboarding process of new workers, including registering new candidates
Dealing with any invoicequeries from customers
Payroll - ensuring all timesheets are received in a timely manner from customers and input intothe payroll system accurately
Dealing with any workers queries regarding their pay.
Advertising any new opportunities
General administrative duties - ensuring that all files are kept up to date, filling, faxing, posting mail.
Implementing and promoting equality and diversity policy
Liaising with clients when needed
Bi Monthly audits on policies and procedures, clients and candidates files feeding back results to Directors and consultants.
Essential:-Must have a good understanding of Microsoft packages and be computer literate
Must be fluent in Polish language both spoken and written
Must be flexible and be able to prioritise work loads
Team Player with excellent communication skills
Good grammar and written communication skills
Be personable with a good telephone manner
Recruitment knowledge advantageous
Well organised and structured approach to assigned tasks, demonstrates the ability prioritise and meet required deadlines
Be able to cope with pressure
Be flexible and adaptable
