Project Coordinator / Scheduler
Location: Godalming
Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum
The Resource Assistant is responsible for assisting the PMO Manager with all administrative aspects of the customer engagement. This role includes arranging and monitoring all legal authority paperwork that is exchanged between the organization and the client.
The ResourceAssistant should look for constant improvement in the processes and procedures in use within the Consulting and Testing Practiceas the practice matures and develops.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the testing schedule to ensure maximum utilisation is achieved with the resources available
* In the event of project cancellation be aware of projects we have won that are not time critical and can be 'brought forward' within the schedule and liaise with clients to ensure this is smoothly actioned
* Scheduling of engineers
* Manage satisfaction survey feedback and distribute to management
* Plan delivery of projects and reporting with PMO Manager
* Manage customer process for exchange of information such as scoping documents, testing credentials and inter-company legal requirements
* Manage the administration of Cyber-Ark file exchange system by creating vaults, users and re-setting account lock-outs.
* Manage the distribution of customer reports and documentation through the secure Cyber-Ark file exchange system.
* Assist ISO administration
* Assist with expense correlation
