I am currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator in Milton Keynes to work for a leading IT services organisation
You will be responsible for assisting on-site and off-site Project Managers, co-ordinating meetings, resources and anyday to day needs to keep the project organised and running smoothly
What will your day to day activities as a Project Coordinator involve?
* Manage daily and weekly reports (excel spreadsheets so good excel skills required)
* Collating of engineerarrival status reports and share with relevant project managers
* Review and approve engineer timesheets (capturing additional hours and mileage)
* Assisting with scheduling of engineer sites
* Attend daily conference calls with support from variousproject teams
* Adhoc admin / project requests as and when required
What are we looking for?
* Candidates with a strong PCO background dealing with engineers / end clients
* Project management experience is desirable but not essential
* Proficient when using Excel systems
* Demonstrable experience of facilitating meetings
* Experience dealing with multiple clients* Candidates will require their own phone / laptop
Working Hours
* You will be working onsite at our client's officesin Milton Keynes
* You will be working day time hours 9-5, between Monday - Friday (40 hours per week) flexibility with working hours may be required at times
What's on offer?
* You will be paid up to £140 per day via an Umbrella / Ltd company
*Your contract will start early September and run until November 2019
* Potential of further contract work into 2020 for the right candidate
