Description:

Concept are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to work for a leading IT services organisation
The rolewill primarily be working from home, with occasional travel into Milton Keynes and Welwyn Garden City

You will be responsiblefor assisting on-site and off-site Project Managers, co-ordinating meetings, resources and any day to day needs to keep the project organised and running smoothly

What will your day to day activities as a Project Coordinator involve?

* Supporting the delivery of small projects or project streams of larger projects or programmes of work
* To assist with scheduling and control of all projects or work stream activities
* Projects will typically encompass IT systems, infrastructure, 'roll outs', application development and management, systems migration and service provision
* Manage daily and weekly reports (excel spreadsheets so good excel skills required)
* Attend daily conference calls with support from various project teams
* To assist withthe preparation and control of the project budget and ensure delivery against financial targets set
* Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project life cycle
* Adhoc admin / project requests as and when required

What are we looking for?

* The ideal candidates will be used to working under pressure, with a positive and can do attitude
* Candidates with a strong PCO background within retails would be advantageous
* Proficient when using Excel systems
* Demonstrable experience of facilitating meetings
* Experience dealing with multiple clients
* Candidates will require their own phone/ laptop

Working Hours

* Start date 23rd November - 6 month contract
* The role will primarily be working from home, with occasional travel into Milton Keynes and Welwyn Garden City
* You will be working day time hours 9-5, between Monday - Friday (40 hours per week) flexibility with working hours may be required at times

What's on offer?

* You will be paid up to£200 per day via an Umbrella company - this is the umbrella company rate
* Initial 6 month contract
* Potential of further contract work for the right candidate
