THE OPPORTUNITY
I am pleased to be recruiting on behalf of my well-established client and helping them to expand their team. Due to company growth they are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join their offices in Central London
You will work directly alongside the Office Manager to handle all administrative tasks.DUTIES
* Acting as the first point of contact for visitors
* Answering inbound calls and transferring calls where necessary
* Preparing meeting rooms for visitors and internal meetings
* Handling complex travel arrangements
* Placing stationary orders
* Assisting with basic accounts queries such as expenses
* Maintaining printers and computers in the office
* Organising daily deliveries and liaising with couriers
SKILLS YOU NEED
* Experience within a similar Reception/Administration based role
* Excellent PC skills
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Good analytical skills
*Ability to stay calm under pressure
* Good communication skills
* Basic accounts/bookkeeping background an advantage but not necessary
* Willing to learn and undergoing ongoing training
