First City Recruitment Solutions are recruitingan experienced receptionist for a client on the outskirts of Swindon. This is a permanent, full-time role with an immediate start. Our client is a highly reputable business within the Ground Works industry who pride themselves on the quality of their performance, their standards of professionalism and their multiple repeat clients.
This role requires the successful candidate to:
* Perform daily reception duties including answering enquiries via phone or email
* Provide administrative support to the construction team and senior members of staff
* Meeting and greeting clients and ensuring all visitors are signed in andout
* Correctly handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
Candidates must have previous experience in reception and administration and be highly experienced using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. As the receptionist is the first impression of the company you must be presentable with a warm approach to new clients and visitors.
This is a full-time roleworking 07.30 - 16.30 Monday through Friday.
