Are you an experienced Administrator? Would you like to work for an amazing project? Then read on!
We are recruiting for an administrator to support the resourcing team based in Swindon. You'll liaise withcolleagues throughout Swindon and wider Wiltshire, you'll answer enquiries from candidates and colleagues. You'll maintain records and schedules, both on Excel spreadsheets and via our website.
This is a temporary 4-week contract initially, Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week.
09.00am - 14.00pm
About you
You don't need to have worked in recruitment or HR, but you mustbe an experienced Administrator with an eye for detail, a warm and collaborative manner, and a commitment to excellence.
You'll be well-organised and able to prioritise, working well under pressure at times.
Duties
Monitoring the Careers inbox ensuring timely response to all internal and external queries
Answering telephone enquiries and following up with written confirmations on behalf of the Careers Team
Ensuring correct recruitment process and documentation are being followed within the business
Responsibility for updating and cleansing recruitment folders to ensure compliance with GDPR guidelines
Managing meeting room diaries, utilising external venues where requested to do so
Liaising with external agencies to support with our recruitment efforts where required
Hourly Rate - £11.20ph
This will be a critical role for this business, so we are lookingsomeone with really good, proven administration skills, along with great organisational experience and attention to detail. If you have previously used Excel and Word on a daily basis, and are confident working at pace then we would love to hear from you!
