Recruitment Consultant
I am partnering with an award-winning organisation that is currently seekingto appoint a Recruitment Consultant to come in and run a hot desk within Marketing working across Legal and C&I.
Thishire would join an existing team of 70+ dedicated consultants covering every legal professional and business support role. Working with an already established client base and servicing a wide range of leading Law firms and practices, this is a very exciting opportunity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively manage the search process, sourcing and approaching candidates appropriately, ensuring candidates are market-validated and capturing and sharing market insights.
The previous hires had a degree in a leading university and two years' experience in Marketing recruitment. The ideal candidate has confidence, has excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
My client can offer strong base salaries, strong commission structures and the opportunity to grow in a non-target driven, autonomousenvironment.
