RTA CLAIMS HANDLER
OLDHAM, MANCHESTER
UP TO £22,000 PER ANNUM + EXCELLENT BENEFITS
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Due to growth I am currently recruiting exclusively for my client based in Oldham for a RTA Claims Handler to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
Thisis a rare and exciting opportunity to join a well-established business who operate nationally who offer strong progression &a competitive salary. You will be looking after clients of regular referral sources; this role requires an excellent telephonemanner and a high level of customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Taking details of new claims and handling allocation ofexisting claims until the client is back in the pre-accident position. Either their damaged vehicle has been repaired of they have been paid the pre-accident value.
* When taking a new claim, you will be responsible to ensure comprehensive information before making the decision as to whether the claim is valid, and the clients losses are recoverable.
* This responsibility willcontinue throughout the claim ensuring that the claim progresses swiftly, again to secure the subsequent recovery aspect.
THEPERSON:
* 1-2 years' experience within a similar role
* Knowledge of ABI/GTA
* Knowledge of Phonetic Alphabet
* Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
