ECOMMERCE EXECUTIVE / SALES ADMINISTRATOR
CENTRAL LONDON

THE OPPORTUNITY:
I am currently recruiting for my client based in Central London for an Ecommerce Executive/Sales Administrator to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
This is an extremely rare and exciting opportunity to join a successful and well-established E-Commerce business. RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Processing orders and refunds
* Fraud prevention and management
* Goods-in receipting of products
* Raising invoices, credit notes and bank transfers
* Prepare items for sale on the website
* Dealingwith customers over the phone and email to support with the sales and purchasing
* Assisting with the dispatch of daily orders
THE PERSON:
* Minimum 2 years' experience within a similar role - either E-commerce or Sales Administration
* Will have worked on systems such as Pronto or Magento and SAGE
* Have a keen interest in photography, cameras or gadgets
* Strong data entry skills and customer service skills
* Confident on Microsoft programmes
* Computer literate with MS office
