SALES ADMINISTRATOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR
CHESTERFIELD
UPTO £25,000 + 25 DAYS HOLIDAY PLUS BANK + FREE PARKING + 6% PENSION
THE OPPORTUNITY:
I am currently recruiting for my client based in Barlborough, Chesterfield for a Sales Administrator/Customer Service Co-ordinator to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
This is an extremely rare and exciting opportunity to join a successful and well-established Manufacturing business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Deal with all customer queries over the phone or email
* Be the first point of contact for all UK and International customers
* Customer Service and Account Management
* Forecasting orders and stock planning
* Dealing with the whole order processing cycle from start to finish
THE PERSON:
* Minimum 2 years' experience within a similar role - either Customer Service or Sales Administration
* Previous experience working within Manufacturing is desirable
* Strong data entry skills and customer service skills
* Computer literate with MS office - Word, Excel & OutlookABOUT THE BENEFITS:
