Job Description

The Sales Administrator plays a key administrative role in primarily supporting the sales team and provides an important link between the salesperson and the client. Sales Administrator will work in a challenging and competitive environment, processing all sales-related paperwork and arranging appointments for salespeople to visit new and established customers. This person will also work across other internal departments, which include the office administration and reception teams, to assist with the company administrative activities to facilitate the smooth running of the office.

Performance

 

  • Providing support to the other Sales Administrator and the sales team
  • Acting as a point of contact for customers, answering client queries and assisting in processing sales-related paperwork, i.e. quotes and questionnaires, and arranging appointments for salespeople to visit new and established customers
  • Account management - making sure customers are happy and promoting our products
  • Contacting unsupported customers and letting them know the benefits of our support
  • Maintaining client records
  • Documenting and implementing administrative systems, such as team processes and record management
  • Working closely with the Office Manager to provide assistance across several internal departments and supporting them in achieving their objectives
  • Booking accommodation, arranging logistics, assisting with visas and other related tasks
  • Providing holiday cover for team members
  • Ad hoc duties

  • Competent in using all Microsoft Office applications
