My client, an established independent tour operator based in WestLondon are seeking an Internal Recruiter. As an Internal Recruiter you will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment of all overseas Winter Hospitality and Summer Sports roles. This is a mass recruitment role with approximately 158 roles annually; thisperson will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle. Your duties will include sourcing candidates for approximately 160 roles annually, screening CV's and arranging interviews. This position is a perfect role for someone with a recruitment backgroundwith previous travel, hospitality or sports experience and a passion for travel.
THE ROLE:
*Recruiting for a variety of overseas roles with a particular focus on Catering and Sports
*To screen and respond to applications within a required time frame.
*To interview applicants following the guidelines of the department.
*To respond to applicants after they have attended aninterview within required time frame.
*To recruit high calibre, like minded and qualified staff.
*To enter all required data into the HR data base for successful applicants correctly.
*To ensure that resorts are fully recruited before the start of the season.
*To obtain all required employment documents (contract, qualifications, reference, proof of UK address, NI, passport, DBS) and verify employee's file before the employee travels to resort.
*To provide employees with contract pack and required documents before the candidates go to resort.
*To liaise with the Hotel Manager about staff levels and staff requirements.
*To maintain regular correspondence with employees before they travel to resort.
*To visit resorts and speak to current staff in orderto recruit for forthcoming seasons
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Previous experience working in a fast paced recruitment role
*Experience in travel, hospitality or Sports.
*360 recruitment process experience (job posting through to interview and offer)
*Experience of using a variety of online recruitment channels to source direct candidates.
*Detail orientated and excellent organisational skills.
*Experienced in working towards and achieving targets
*Excellent communication, administration and organisation skills
*Self-motivated and hard working
