THE OPPORTUNITY
I am pleased to be recruiting on behalf of my well-established client and helping them to expand their team. Due to company growth they are looking for experienced Customer Service Administrators to join them in Salford.
You will start in the back office undergoing administration duties whilst learning about the company and moving on to progression opportunities.
DUTIES
* Liaising with clients and answering incoming queries
* Processing orders and quotations through the order management system
* Building and maintainingstrong relationships with new and exiting clients
* Keeping an accurate and up to date record of daily sales, order and quotation activity
* Following up on quotations
SKILLS YOU NEED
* Excellent PC and related technology skills
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Good analytical skills
* Ability to stay calm under pressure
* Good communication skills
