They are looking for Tri-Lingual Customer Service Support Adviser to give the red-carpet treatment to their customers, who are keen to join their Industry leading team based in Luton
The Successful Candidate will be Responsible for providing Outstanding Customer Service Support to their database of loyal Customers
The role of a Tri Lingual (European) speaking Customer Service advisor involves taking inbound calls from car drivers across Europe with questions, complaints or queries about their existing car.
Your role is to support thedriver and help them with whatever they are asking for them to continue to drive safely after the call.
The languages I am looking for in any combination of 3 are:
Greek, Danish, Swedish, Hungarian, Czech, Finnish, Slovenian, Slovak, Norwegian, Croatian,Bulgarian, Russian, Spanish as a primary language with any combination above.
or
any 1 of the above with Spanish, French, Italian, German, Dutch, Polish & Portuguese
