Project Manager (Multiple Levels) - Salisbury - up to £50,000

Don't get my wrong, you have a strong input in achieving this, but part of it is down to who and what you are representing and the support you have.This position offers a lot. A team of experts in their field, that consists of individuals who have had a genuine impact on global aerospace engineering. They have come up with an ambitious plan to drive this company forward which has consisted of somereally impressive growth. Each team has been looked at and grown to support this work to make sure they can truly deliver, and it's working!
Your place in this business will be varied and dynamic - support the positive outcomes of projects from bid, initial requirements capture/ scoping to project delivery and close out. The scope of the role may include both internal change projects and projects aligned to customer delivery.
The most impressive thing to come out of my initial meeting with them was our discussion about workload and how the CEO had frozen someone's workload to allow them to catch up brining in others to help and said he'd look to hire more people if needed to maintain quality.
Key experience
* PM experience with a track record ofdelivering projects on time and within budget, whilst maintaining excellent customer relationships
* Competent in the use of industry standard project control systems (Prince II/ APM), and champion their use within the company.
* Ideally a background in Aerospace, Defence or a highly regulated industry/working on safety critical systems
